Ian is a Junior from Bossier City, LA, majoring in biochemistry. He describes himself as a cool dude with a rad tude. His hobbies are being cool, being cooler than cool, and being ice cold. In other words, he likes gaming and practicing his guitar or bass.

Marie is a Junior from Baton Rouge, LA, majoring Applied Coastal and Environmental Science with a minor in Art. She’s a D1 yapper and lives for old barbie movies. You can always find her decked out in rowing merch from head to toe. Her favorite is a jacket that says, “If rowing were easy it would be called baseball!"

Lauren Herke

Lauren is a Junior from Baton Rouge, LA, double majoring in Geography BS (Disaster Science & Management) and English BA (Rhetoric, Writing, & Culture). Her hobbies mainly consist of photography, poetry, and Pinterest (the Holy Trinity of P's). She enjoys hanging out with friends whether they're working out, playing the Wii, or simply chatting for hours on end. When Lauren isn't on the boat, you'll likely find her fueling her caffeine addiction at the nearest coffee shop.

Aidan Gregory

Aidan is a sophomore from Philadelphia, Pennsylvania majoring in sports administration with a BA minor. Aidan has been a competitive high school/club rower for over 5 years with numerous accolades and medals, including 2 youth nationals appearances. As a diehard Philadelphia Eagles fan, he is very passionate about football and is perfectly willing to talk your ear off all about it. In his free time, he enjoys erging, working out, watching football and hanging out with friends.

John Murrill

John Murrill rowed for 4 years undergrad at Chapman University, varsity stroke seat and captain his senior year, and worked with coaching staff for 2 years during his graduate studies from 2011-2016, Highlights included competing in the San Diego Crew Classic Men's 8+ and a Bronze Medal in the Men's Pairs at WIRA. With a focus on training and athleticism, John looks to work with new and experienced rowers to develop and grow the program.
